06 rhino wth an edelbrock carb.

I have an Edelbrock carb and electric fuel pump originally bought from BRP on my 06 rhino. The fuel pump seems to be functioning fine. The engine will not turn over after pumpinp the throttle when it is cold. If I give it a shot of ether it will start fine the rest of the day until you let it sit overnight and the same "no start" occurrs. Spark checked out Ok, a new accelerator pump was installed but still no start conditions. Anybody have ny ideas? Thanks!
